Thank you to everyone who came and helped and played and danced! It was a smashing success! We sold out the Spanish Ballroom on Saturday with the 3rd highest number of attendees in the modern era! Thanks again to our supports, the Jam Cellar, Mobtown Ballroom, Flying Feet Enterprises, and Dancestore.com!

We had four videographers and one photographer working the event. Many videos and photos will be posted soon. Here’s a taste of things to come!

DCLX – Washington DC Lindy Exchange, Inc. will not be stopped. Official word: Meschiya Lake has come to town like a tornado and is taking DC by storm!

There are plastic curtains around the perimeter of the Bumper Car Pavilion that zip together so we will be dry! We have secured the annex of the Spanish Ballroom on the left end of the ballroom to use for registration check-in.

PLEASE LEAVE ALL BACKPACKS AND PERSONAL BELONGINGS IN THE ANNEX. They will be dry and relatively secure. When the storm blows through we will want to open the plastic curtains to cool off and if gear is packed up against them we can’t. We’re having a storm party. This should be fun!
